The promise

Try NAPEA Prebiotics Jelly Serum for up to 60 days from the day your order is delivered. If your skin does not feel softer and look better to you, email us and we will refund the full purchase price. No return label, no questionnaire, no restocking fee — and you keep the bottle, whether it is empty or not.

How to start a refund

• Email hello@napea.us within 60 days of delivery.
• Include the email address you ordered with (an order number helps, if you have one).
• Tell us what went wrong, if you like — feedback is welcomed but never required.

What happens next

• We confirm your refund by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
• The refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Depending on the payment provider and card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Good to know

• One refund applies per order.
• The promise covers the purchase price including any shipping you paid.
• A refund does not cancel the 60-day window on later orders — each order carries its own promise.
