Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all US addresses, including PO boxes, with tracking where the carrier supports it.

Processing time

Every bottle is labeled to order (no warehouse stock). Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days of checkout, then handed to the carrier.

Delivery time

Door-to-door delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days from order. Exact timing is shown at checkout, and you will receive tracking information by email once the order ships.

Shipping cost

• Free US shipping on orders over $50.
• Orders under $50 ship at the flat rate shown at checkout.
• Bundle prices are inclusive of the free-shipping threshold: the Duo ($66) and Trio ($94) always ship free.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are happy to fix a typo before the order ships — email us quickly. Once a package is with the carrier, address changes depend on the carrier's policy.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package arrives damaged, photo it and email us within 7 days. If a package is lost in transit, the 60-day promise still applies — the guarantee covers every order, so you are never stuck paying for something you never received.
